Fuller Theological Seminary Houston International Student Insurance

Fuller Texas, located in Houston, Texas, is a regional campus of Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. It was established in 2006 when a group of Presbyterian Pastors (PCUSA) petitioned the seminary to open a campus in Houston. Its 61,000-square-foot facility opened in 2012. The seminary is interdenominational, and its professors include Presbyterians, Baptists, Greek Orthodox Christians, and non-denominational Christians.

Fuller Texas offers four master’s degrees (Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Theology, Master of Arts in Theology and Ministry, and Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies) and three certificate programs (Christian Studies, Church Planting, and Islamic Studies). It’s also home to the Brehm Center for Worship, Theology, and the Arts, which works to explore the role of the arts in church teachings, produce resources that serve the church, and discover ways to integrate Christian theology into creativity and the arts.

The campus hosts the Fuller Texas Lecture Series, which features church leaders from around the Houston area leading discussions about modern issues like the role of Evangelical Christianity in modern society, immigration, women’s rights, as well as lighter topics like film discussions.

The seminary also offers the Texas Theological Foundation Fellowship, in which recipients receive 50% off tuition costs on classes taken on the Houston campus.
